Dashboard Overview
The Stock Sentry dashboard gives you a complete view of your inventory health at a glance.
Main Components
Alert Feed
Shows all active alerts sorted by severity:
- Critical (red): Immediate attention needed
- Urgent (orange): Action required soon
- Warning (yellow): Plan ahead
Statistics Cards
Key metrics displayed at the top:
- Total active alerts
- Products at risk
- Average days until stockout
- Inventory health score
Product List
Sortable table showing:
- Product name and variant
- Current stock level
- Daily sales velocity
- Predicted stockout date
- Alert status
Filters
Refine your view by:
- Severity level
- Product category
- Vendor
- Time to stockout
Quick Actions
From the dashboard you can:
- Snooze alerts temporarily
- Dismiss resolved alerts
- View details for any product
- Export alert data to CSV
- Navigate to Shopify to restock
Color Coding
- Red (Critical): 3 days or less remaining
- Orange (Urgent): 4-7 days remaining
- Yellow (Warning): 8-14 days remaining
- Green (Healthy): More than 14 days remaining
